What's new

Every release, dated and itemized. Reecova ships continuously; this page is the ledger of what changed and when.

Two new signals on your dashboard

See how much of your failed revenue you're actually winning back, and how much recurring revenue is at risk right now.

  • New

Recovery rate — the share of failed revenue recovered over the last 30 days, on your dashboard at a glance.

  • New

At-risk MRR — the monthly recurring revenue tied to subscriptions with a past-due payment right now, so you can see exposure before it turns into churn.

Name your workspace

Your organization now carries a real name across Reecova instead of a generic placeholder.

  • New

Workspace name — auto-filled from your Stripe business profile when you connect, and editable any time in Settings. A name you set is kept as-is and never overwritten by a later sync.

Reecova is live on the Stripe App Marketplace

Reecova is now a public Stripe App. Install it in a couple of clicks from the Stripe Marketplace, with granular OAuth permissions and no separate password to manage.

  • New

One-click install from the Stripe App Marketplace (io.reecova.app): read access to your payments data, and a single write scope used only to retry invoices that already failed.

  • Fixed

Stripe sync no longer fails on accounts with metered or tiered subscription pricing, where a plan's flat amount can be unset.

The recovery suite

Release 2 ships in full: every optimization feature now has a home in the dashboard, and the product can prove its own value.

  • New

Dunning campaigns — timed email sequences with a step editor (default: days 1, 3, 7, 14), sent/open/click/recovery funnel analytics, and automatic stop the moment the customer pays.

  • New

Customer risk scores — every customer scored 0–100 daily from disputes, payment failures, and refunds, with the exact factor breakdown behind each score.

  • New

Pricing intelligence — MRR concentration by plan, churn by tier, and a price-change simulator that projects revenue including the churn a raise would likely cause.

  • New

AI insights — a weekly, plain-language read on your revenue health generated from your own metrics, a question box grounded in your last 7 days, and a browsable history.

  • New

Retry settings — automatic retries are now opt-in per workspace, with attempts per invoice (1–10) and decline codes you never want retried. Fraud codes are never retried regardless.

  • New

ROI page — everything Reecova recovered, the 10% commission on it, your subscription spend, and the net benefit, month by month.

  • New

Help & product tour — a written guide to every feature, plus a guided tour that walks the sidebar with you on your first visit.

  • Improved

The dashboard sidebar collapses to an icon rail, Reecova installs as an app on desktop and mobile (PWA), and the brand mark now sits beside the wordmark.

The audited ledger, live

A full redesign of the site and product: new brand system built on petrol ink and emerald, with one rule everywhere — emerald is money recovered, red is money leaking.

  • Improved

New landing page with a live recovery feed and an animated walkthrough of how detection, retries, and recovery fit together.

  • Improved

Tabular numerals for every dollar figure, mono decline codes, and consistent semantics across the product, emails, and reports.

Reecova launches

The first release: connect Stripe, see exactly where revenue leaks, and start getting it back.

  • New

Revenue dashboard — MRR, ARR, churn, failure rate, and the monthly revenue leak, computed hourly from your synced Stripe data.

  • New

Trends and movements — revenue trajectory over time, and every MRR change classified as new, expansion, contraction, churned, or reactivation.

  • New

Payment failures and alerts — every failed charge with its decline code, and notifications by email, Slack, or webhook.

  • New

Recovery — failed payments become opportunities with estimated value; retry invoices with smart timing per decline code.

  • New

Free leak scanner — a 90-day read-only scan that prices your revenue leak in about 30 seconds, then revokes its own access.

  • New

CSV export for payments, metrics, recovery, and movements.
