reecova

revenue infrastructure for SaaS · the Datadog for payments

Your billing is leaking revenue.
Reecova gets it back.

Failed payments and involuntary churn drain 5 to 9% of SaaS revenue. Reecova connects to Stripe in one click, flags every leak the moment it opens, and recovers the money with retries timed by AI.

Involuntary churn is the quietest way to lose money

No cancellation email, no complaint, no signal. A card expires or a bank declines, the subscription lapses, and the revenue simply stops. It hides inside your churn number until someone goes looking. Reecova is the someone.

From connected to recovering in one afternoon

  1. 1

    Connect Stripe

One click, read-only OAuth. Reecova can see charges, invoices, and subscriptions. It can never move money.

  2. 2

    See every leak

We replay your last 90 days and flag each failed charge, silent cancellation, and billing gap, priced in dollars.

  3. 3

    Recovery runs itself

Retries, dunning, and alerts switch on. You watch recovered revenue post back to the ledger.

Retries timed by evidence, not a calendar

Stripe retries on a fixed schedule. Reecova computes a recovery window for each failure from the decline code, the issuing bank, and when that customer's payments have actually cleared before. Then it retries once, at the right moment.

Dunning that stops the moment money arrives

Editable email sequences step in when retries need help. Every message halts the instant a payment clears, so a paying customer never sees a past-due notice. Sequences ship with sane defaults and take your voice in minutes.

Risk scores before the churn happens

Every customer carries a live risk score built from their payment history: soft declines, cards near expiry, past failures. Your team sees who is about to churn while there is still time to do something about it.

Built to outgrow a single processor

Reecova's provider layer already abstracts beyond Stripe: health monitoring, failover, and routing that sends each charge to the processor most likely to clear it. Multi-provider support is how a recovery tool becomes revenue infrastructure.

Built like infrastructure, not a plugin

Recovery tools bolt onto your billing. Reecova sits underneath it, built on the same architecture patterns as the observability platforms it takes its name from.

pipeline

Event-driven pipeline

Webhooks land in a queue, workers process, dashboards read pre-computed metrics. Nothing blocks on your traffic.

storage

Partitioned for 100M+ events

Monthly-partitioned Postgres with materialized views. Raw Stripe payloads are retained for reprocessing and model training.

providers

Provider-agnostic core

Routing, health monitoring, and failover already abstract beyond Stripe. More processors plug into the same engine.

The math, on a $100k MRR business

Reecova charges $49.99 a month plus 10% of what it recovers. Nothing recovered beyond the base, nothing owed beyond the base. The incentive points one direction: money back on your books.
